Who may use Ownelle

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. Keep your login private and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorized access.

Personal growth, not professional care

Ownelle provides educational and personal-growth tools. It is not therapy, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, crisis monitoring, or emergency support. It does not replace a qualified professional. If you may be in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis resource.

Your content and choices

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Ownelle permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for what you enter and share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or use Ownelle to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.

AI output

AI-assisted output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review it carefully and use your own judgment. Ownelle does not guarantee a particular personal, health, relationship, or professional outcome.

Availability and changes

Features may change, pause, or be discontinued. We work to keep Ownelle available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend access needed to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Paid services

If paid plans are introduced, price, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms will be shown before purchase. No subscription is created merely by requesting an invitation or professional access.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Ownelle is provided “as is” and without warranties of a particular result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
